- Install new telephone and broadband connections
- Resolve telephone and broadband service faults
- Maintain, reinforce, and expand underground and overhead fixed-line networks
- Modernize telecommunications infrastructure by migrating services to next-generation networks
- Guide customers technically in selecting services and products based on their needs and preferences

- Fault resolution and customer technical guidance

- Driving license and MS Office
