What you'll do
- Apply content policies and handling procedures consistently to digital content
- Identify nuanced meanings in digital communication and enforce terms of use
- Monitor reports of abuse on the site
- Participate in employee assistance, program reporting and training initiatives
- Escalate performance-impacting changes through appropriate channels
- Adhere to security measures, confidentiality and project requirements
- Review videos, news stories, images, political ads and social media profiles
- Score content for age appropriateness, violence, sexual content and political transparency
Key requirements
- 1+ years' experience
- Dutch and English fluency
- Content policy enforcement and content moderation
- Content assessment and report monitoring
- Issue escalation and KPI adherence
- Verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills and empathy
- Cultural awareness, confidentiality and computer literacy
