What you'll do
- Review and assess user-generated content according to platform policies
- Identify and moderate content violating client guidelines
- Escalate complex or sensitive cases per procedures
- Apply policies consistently and make accurate decisions
- Maintain high quality and accuracy standards in content review
- Contribute to a safe and positive online environment
- Work with quality and performance standards in a fast-paced international setting
Key requirements
- Fluent/native-level Hebrew
- Good English language proficiency for international work
- Analytical mindset for objective evaluation and decision-making
- Attention to detail when following guidelines and standards
- Strong communication skills for clear and professional interaction
- Adaptability to fast-paced, technology-driven environments
- Digital literacy and interest in online platforms and digital trends
