About the job
This role directly impacts the employee’s experience as a key connecter between HR and Employees during the employee life cycle within the company and their day to day working life and adds value by providing exceptional support, advice, problem solving, and escalation where needed. The position will support employee population in Greece as well as Turkey.
The Partner/Advisor team works extremely close with the business, and a firm understanding of how our business operates is key. This role is expected to spend time out with employees and be visible as well as an advocate for action.
Role is based in Athens, Greece, and will require some travel within Greece, as well as occasionally to Turkey.

First point of contact for employee experience related items: engagement, health & wellbeing and employee relations
Intake for employee grievances, escalation to relevant contact points and follow-up, supporting HR Partners and line Managers on legalities and best practices/policies
Gatekeeper for internal policies, creating awareness for internal people processes and support systems and tools
Ensure proactive communication with employees on key updates and deliver trainings on employee experience related items
Pro-actively educate and support employees on wellbeing resources, including those on long-term leave and their managers
Visit Tesla locations to conduct Roundtable/employee experience programs and collaborate with key stakeholders to drive improvements
Review payroll input monthly and perform eligibility checks for internal transfers

Proven experience in local HR operations
Ability to handle multiple employee cases simultaneously
Problem-solving skills
Passion for employee wellbeing with the ability to remain objective while providing support
Trusted individual with a strong ability to handle confidential information
Team player, resilient to stress and emotionally charged situations
