What you'll do
- Serve as a proactive HR partner to the business
- Partner with leadership to implement HR and talent strategies focused on L&D and performance management
- Act as a trusted advisor for employees and management
- Recruit and onboard new employees
- Conduct and manage the performance management cycle
- Manage the annual training plan for employee development
- Design and implement learning and development programs
- Manage payroll and benefits in collaboration with external providers
- Analyze compensation and benefits trends
- Propose competitive base and incentive pay programs
- Participate in Group HR projects and organizational initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR best practices, and company policies
- Oversee employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Human Resources Business Partnering and Recruitment experience
- Performance Management and Learning and Development (L&D) expertise
- Payroll Management and Benefits Administration knowledge
- Labor Law Compliance and Employee Relations skills
- Strong Communication, Organizational Skills, and Critical Thinking
- English Fluency, Judgment, Attention to Detail, and HRIS Tools Proficiency
- Experience in Project Participation
- Business Administration / Finance / Human Resource Managementpreferred

Key Responsibilities
Be a hands-on, self-initiating HR partner to the business
Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organizations human resource and talent strategy (mainly L&D and Performance Management)
Act as a trusted partner for all employees and the management team
Recruit and onboard new hires
Conduct the performance management cycle
Manage the annual training plan to support employee development
Create learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees
Manage payroll and benefits for employees in collaboration with an external provider
Analyze trends in compensation and benefits
Research and propose competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent
Participate in Group HR projects and organizational initiatives
Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR best practices, and company policies
Oversee employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a relevant field; MSc in HR or MBA preferred
3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with recruitment experience in the high-tech sector considered an asset
Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills
Attention to detail and good judgment
Fluency in English and proficiency in HRIS tools
