This role will act as a strategic partner to leaders, driving the people agenda and enabling business performance through strong organizational capability, talent, and culture.
The Senior HRBP will operate within a global, matrixed environment, partnering closely with Centers of Excellence (CoEs), HR Operations, and HR leadership to deliver a consistent and high-impact HR experience. This role plays a critical part in translating business strategy into actionable people priorities and ensuring effective execution across the organization.
Key Responsibilities

Support HR transformation initiatives and contribute to the evolution of HR ways of working

Qualifications
8–12+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner roles
Experience supporting senior leaders within global, matrixed organizations
Strong expertise in organization design, talent management, and change management
Proven ability to influence and coach leaders at multiple levels
Experience managing complex employee relations matters
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Global mindset with experience working across regions and cultures
Business fluency in English required
