What you'll do
- Manage cross-functional teams to deliver prototype parts successfully
- Work with stakeholders to refine vague problem statements and use analysis results to inform decisions
- Understand product design and manufacturing processes to assess the technical impact of changes
- Create, maintain, and communicate schedules and plans for prototyping projects
- Coordinate build milestones with cross-functional teams
- Track project costs and improve cost management
- Maintain stakeholder communication channels, identify team priorities, and motivate the project team to complete critical tasks
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Technical program management and project management
- Cross-functional team coordination and stakeholder management
- Project scheduling, milestone coordination, and project management tools, including MS Project and JIRA
- Cost management
- Product design processes, manufacturing processes, and prototype development
- English communication
- Engineeringpreferred
