What you'll do

  • Ensure the safety of all clients throughout the flotilla
  • Present and maintain yachts

  • Encourage teamwork and ensure all crew fulfill their duties
  • Perform other duties as advised by the Base Manager

Key requirements

  • RYA Yachtmaster Coastal or Offshore with Commercial Endorsement and valid medical certificate
  • Basic yacht maintenance skills and safety conscious
  • Experience in customer facing roles with communication and social skills
  • Leadership skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Teamwork and organisational skills
  • Stock control and report writing
  • Maritime Studiespreferred

Living on board with the customers, our bareboat skippers are required to plan and adapt the charters itinerary dependent on each customer’s preferences, weather forecasts, and perhaps even any secret hidden local gems.
