What you'll do
- Ensure the safety of all clients throughout the flotilla
- Present and maintain yachts
- Prepare yachts on turnaround days including deck cleaning
- Greet clients and assist with boarding; conduct welcome briefs on safety and yacht systems

- Perform other duties as advised by the Base Manager
Key requirements
- RYA Yachtmaster Coastal or Offshore with Commercial Endorsement and valid medical certificate
- Basic yacht maintenance skills and safety conscious
- Experience in customer facing roles with communication and social skills
- Leadership skills and ability to work under pressure
- Teamwork and organisational skills
- Stock control and report writing
- Maritime Studiespreferred
