What you'll do
- Conduct internal ISM/ISPS audits and MLC inspections to assess controls and procedures.
- Prepare vessels to comply with international auditing requirements.
- Support vessels during external ISM/ISPS audits and MLC inspections.
- Draft internal audit plans, charters and reports.
- Record audit non-conformities and observations, and follow up corrective actions.
- Monitor certificates and audit reports in Navision to ensure vessel validity and timely completion.
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- ISM, ISPS and MLC standards
- Internal auditing, audit planning and audit reporting
- External audit support and corrective action follow-up
- Certificate monitoring and compliance management
- Maritime legislation monitoring
- Navision, computer literacy and English language proficiency
- Maritime Studies / Any Field
