What you'll do
- Control and maintain a safe and clean working environment by securing procedures, rules, and regulations are followed
- Promote and enhance health & safety culture across the site
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies and standards through audits, inspection, analysis of findings, and implementation of corrective actions
- Support the development and implementation of Health & Safety initiatives in line with legislation and company standards
- Assist in the maintenance of the Health & Safety Management System (ISO 45001)
- Conduct accident and incident investigation and ensure the implementation of effective event management
- Support Plant HSE Manager on developing and delivering Health & Safety training programs
