What you'll do
- Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems and software applications
- Set up new users’ accounts and profiles
- Support office personnel face-to-face or by phone with system setup and issue resolution
- Maintain company servers, telephone cables, desktops, operating systems and software applications
- Troubleshoot system and network problems and diagnose and resolve hardware or software faults
