What you'll do
- Support the floor supervisor with staff management
- Ensure all rooms are clean and ready for occupancy
- Coordinate the housekeeping team’s daily operations
- Manage guest requests
- Perform quality checks in rooms and common areas
- Report issues or damages
- Collaborate with other hotel departments for smooth operations
Key requirements
- Staff management and housekeeping team coordination
- Room cleanliness inspection and quality control
- Guest request management and issue and damage reporting
- Organization and scheduling, including deadline management
- Communication skills, problem solving, and working under pressure
- Greek language, English language, and schedule flexibility
