What you'll do
- Organize and allocate housekeeping staff according to occupancy, arrivals, departures, and operational needs.
- Supervise room cleaning to ensure consistently high cleanliness standards.
- Supervise office and public area cleaning.
- Apply HACCP requirements and health and sanitation protocols.
- Handle guest requests and special arrangements, including anniversaries, honeymoons, and birthdays.
- Inspect offices regularly to ensure proper organization.
- Distribute additional room supplies, including linen, pillows, and bathroom items, according to hotel service standards.
- Report faults and damage found in rooms to the maintenance manager.
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Housekeeping operations: room cleaning supervision, public area cleaning supervision, and office organization inspection.
- Staff organization and allocation.
- HACCP and health and sanitation protocols.
- Guest request management and hotel service standards.
- Linen room management and hotel supplies management.
- Fault and damage identification and reporting; English language.
- Tourism Managementpreferred
