• Bachelor's degree in culinary art
• Experience in a corresponding position in a 5* hotel
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene (HACCP)
• Very good communication, collaboration, organization and time management skills
• Team spirit and efficiency under pressure conditions and high demands
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Kindness, pleasant and friendly personality
• Customer service orientation
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Knowledge of German, Polish or French will be considered an additional qualification
