What you'll do
- Ensure compliance with SIG processes, procedures, policies and standards
- Oversee project administration functions including document control, reporting workflows, and governance processes
- Maintain accurate records to support audits, claims avoidance, and executive assurance
- Develop and maintain integrated master programs and project-level schedules
- Review, challenge, and validate contractor and consultant programs
- Monitor critical paths, key milestones, and recovery strategies across the portfolio
- Identify and communicate schedule risks, opportunities, and mitigation strategies
- Lead portfolio reporting including KPIs and dashboards on schedule, cost, risk, change, productivity, and forecast confidence
- Ensure consistency between project-level, regional, and portfolio-level reporting
- Develop and execute Project Controls strategy aligned with program objectives
- Lead continuous improvement of shared services frameworks, policies, and procedures
- Oversee centralized project controls including schedule management and performance reporting
- Lead program risk management function and program-wide reporting and data analytics
- Coordinate shared services across functions ensuring alignment between Delivery, Product & Design, and corporate functions
- Lead, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary team fostering high-performance culture
- Ensure knowledge sharing and upskilling within shared services teams
Key requirements
- 12+ years' experience
- Project controls principles and governance processes
- Planning and controls tools including Primavera P6, MS Project, Power BI or equivalent
- Executive-level reporting, portfolio reporting, and program management

Ensuring compliance with all SIG processes, procedures, policies and standards, also overseeing project administration functions, including document control, reporting workflows, and governance processes. Ensuring accurate records to support audits, claims avoidance, and executive assurance.
Overseeing the development and maintenance of integrated master programs and project-level schedules, ensuring schedules are logic-driven, risk-aware, and aligned with approved scope, budgets, and delivery strategies, and reviewing, challenging, and validating contractor and consultant programs.
Monitoring critical paths, key milestones, and recovery strategies across the portfolio, also ensuring schedule risks, opportunities, and mitigation strategies are clearly identified and communicated.
Leading the portfolio reporting function, delivering accurate and consistent reports, defining and maintaining KPIs and dashboards covering schedule, cost exposure, risk, change, productivity, and forecast confidence. Ensuring consistency between project-level, regional, and portfolio-level reporting.
Develop and execute the Project Controls strategy in alignment with program objectives, lead the development and continuous improvement of shared services frameworks, policies, and procedures, and oversee centralized project controls including schedule management and performance reporting, including leading the program risk management function and directing program-wide reporting and data analytics.
Act as the central point of coordination for shared services across SIG functions and departments, ensure alignment between Delivery, Product & Design, and corporate functions. Lead, mentor and develop a multidisciplinary team, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure knowledge sharing and upskilling within the shared services teams.
What will you bring?
Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline, and minimum 12–15 years’ experience in project controls, planning, and program management.
Proven experience leading large, complex, multi-project CAPEX portfolios, and demonstrated leadership of multi-project / portfolio controls teams.
Strong experience in executive-level reporting, and background in construction, or hospitality developments preferred.
Fluent English required; Greek and/or Spanish preferred, and expert knowledge of project controls principles, systems, and best practice.
Advanced proficiency in planning and controls tools (e.g. Primavera P6, MS Project, Power BI or equivalent reporting platforms), and strong understanding of the schedule–cost–risk–change interface.
Ability to interrogate data, challenge assumptions, and communicate complex issues clearly and credibly.
