About the job

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the Country Manager for MEA & Greece in the coordination and monitoring of renewable energy projects, including solar PV, BESS, and other energy infrastructure developments.The successful candidate will play a key role in collecting, consolidating, and maintaining technical and financial project information across multiple projects and generating accurate reports to support management decision-making and project execution.

Your role will encompass:

Project Data Collection & Consolidation

  • Collect technical, operational, scheduling, and budget-related information from project teams and stakeholders

  • Consolidate project data from multiple renewable energy projects into standardized tracking tools and databases

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project milestones, budgets, schedules, risks, and deliverables

  • Ensure consistency and quality of project information across all reporting platforms

Reporting & Analysis

  • Retrieve and analyze project data to prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports for management

  • Generate project status reports, budget tracking reports, KPI dashboards, and portfolio summaries

  • Support the Country Manager in monitoring project performance, identifying deviations, and tracking corrective actions

  • Prepare presentations and management reports for internal and external stakeholders

Project Coordination Support

  • Assist in coordinating activities between engineering, development, procurement, construction, and finance teams

  • Track project schedules, action items, and deliverables to ensure timely completion

  • Organize project meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on assigned actions

  • Support continuous improvement of project reporting processes and documentation standards

What you bring to the role:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field preferred

  • 1+ year of professional experiencein the renewable energy sector (solar PV, wind, BESS, or related infrastructure projects) is preferred.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)

  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
