What you'll do
- Propose construction strategies aligning with brand standards, operational requirements, and financial targets
- Update and monitor project KPIs for schedule, budget, quality, and safety
- Oversee project lifecycle from feasibility and design development to construction, commissioning, and handover
- Review and approve construction schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Manage construction budgets, contracts, procurement, and cost control
- Collaborate with design and sustainability teams to ensure safety standards are applied and monitored
- Manage external consultants, contractors, and vendors
- Prepare, review, and conclude construction contracts and manage variation orders
- Manage value engineering proposals and assess risks and opportunities
- Liaise with Central Services Department on project budget and timeline impacts

Propose construction strategies for Ikos Kassandra and ensure the project aligns with brand standards, operational requirements, and financial targets
Update and monitor project KPIs for schedule, budget, quality, and safety and oversee project lifecycle from feasibility and design development through civil construction, commissioning, and handover
Review and approve construction schedules, budgets, and resource plans in liaison with the Central Services Dept and manage construction budgets, contracts, procurement, and cost control measures
Work closely with Design team (Architectural, MEP, Interior) and Sustainability team and collaborate with the Health & Safety dept to ensure that safety standards and principles are applied, monitored and controlled during all phases of project
Manage external consultants, contractors, and vendors, collaborate with Legal and Procurement Depts for the preparation, review and conclusion of Contracts/Addendums, and manage variation orders
Manage value engineering proposals, manage any potential risks and opportunities, and liaise with the Central Services Dept for their impact on the project’s budget and timeline.
What will you bring?
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or related field and 5+ years of experience in project/construction management, with significant experience in hotel or hospitality projects.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills and proven experience in construction project leadership and strategic planning.
Extensive experience to guide teams and handle complex, multifaceted projects.
Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
A collaborative mindset to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders and strong experience in executive-level reporting.
Background in construction or hospitality developments preferred and fluent English and Greek required.
