(qa/qc) mep engineer

What you'll do
- Perform MEP QA/QC inspections and audits throughout construction phases
- Review method statements, ITPs, material submittals, and shop drawings for MEP systems
- Monitor MEP installation, testing, and commissioning for compliance with specifications and standards
- Identify non-conformities, issue NCRs, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions
- Coordinate with contractors, supervision teams, designers, and client representatives on quality issues
- Maintain QA/QC documentation, inspection records, test reports, and quality logs
- Provide technical input and risk mitigation support on MEP quality matters
- Participate in site meetings and advise on construction quality
Key requirements
- 8+ years' experience
- MEP QA/QC inspections and audits, MEP systems, and quality control procedures
- Construction methodologies, method statements and ITPs
- MEP installation, testing and commissioning
- Non-conformance management and risk mitigation
- International standards and local regulations
- QA/QC documentation, material submittals and shop drawings, and technical reporting
- Greek language and English language
- Mechanical Engineering
