What you'll do
- Provide technical support on civil and structural construction matters
- Review construction challenges involving foundations, earthworks, roads, drainage, retaining structures, and equipment foundations
- Coordinate design clarifications and technical resolutions with engineering teams
- Provide technical oversight and support to construction teams across projects
- Escalate complex construction and quality-related technical issues
- Review engineering deviations and field modifications related to construction
- Monitor and support resolution of Non-Conformities involving stakeholders, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Maintain global lessons learned, focusing on Non-Conformity matters
- Identify recurring quality issues and support corrective and preventive actions
- Promote consistent quality standards, processes, and best practices across projects
- Collaborate with Engineering, Construction, Procurement, HSE, and Project Management teams on quality management
