What you'll do
- Lead revenue optimisation activities to maximise network performance and profitability
- Monitor pricing, demand and inventory trends and drive corrective actions when required
- Oversee market and competitor performance analysis and recommend tactical strategies
- Coach and support Revenue Management Analysts to ensure high-quality, consistent outputs
- Prepare performance insights and recommendations to support management decision-making
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to align revenue strategies with commercial objectives
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- Revenue management, airline pricing and inventory management
- Demand forecasting and quantitative analysis
- Market analysis and data analysis
- Databases, business intelligence platforms, MS Office and Excel
- Problem-solving, decision-making and stakeholder management
- Greek and English fluency
- Economics / Statistics / Mathematics / Engineering / Business Administration / Any Field
