What you'll do
- Execute and ensure adherence to the global pricing process
- Analyze assigned RFQs and flag special requirements
- Launch directly controlled RFQs
- Complete assigned RFQs and provide timely, accurate responses
- Analyze data quality before final submission
- Manage bunker formulas and rate adjustments
- Ensure accurate, complete statistics for your assigned area
- Maintain complete and accurate TQT / SeaTender database elements
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- Global pricing process management
- Freight forwarding, import and export, and LCL and FCL shipping
- Microsoft Excel
- Pricing analysis and complex pricing models
- RFQ analysis and data quality analysis
- Bunker formulas and rate adjustments, statistics accuracy management, and TQT / SeaTender database management
- English communication
- Business Administration / Shipping and Maritime Studies / Logistics
