What you'll do
- Support day-to-day procurement activities and purchasing operations
- Assist with supplier onboarding and vendor documentation management
- Help monitor procurement workflows and ensure compliance with internal banking procedures
- Maintain procurement records, contracts, and reporting documentation
- Support procurement data analysis and operational reporting
Key requirements
- 0+ years' experience
- Foundational knowledge of procurement processes and procurement operations
- Experience with vendor coordination and compliance procedures
- Skills in operational reporting and procurement data analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills and communication skills
- Business Administration / Supply Chain / Finance / Related discipline
