What you'll do
- Manage accurate and timely entry of Purchase Orders in SAP according to company procedures
- Monitor procurement transactions ensuring data accuracy and consistency in SAP
- Monitor expenditures and support purchasing activity control against approved budgets
- Collaborate with construction sites for accurate order execution and timely issue resolution
- Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, and Project teams for smooth purchasing information flow
- Prepare reports supporting efficient and cost-effective procurement management
Key requirements
- Proven experience with SAP MM/PS modules
- Skills in Procurement and Supply Chain management
- Knowledge of Business Administration principles
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong organizational skills and attention to data accuracy
- Experience in report preparation and budget control
- Ability to collaborate across departments
- Business Administration / Supply Chain Management / Any Fieldpreferred
