What you'll do
- Design and build applications where LLM-based agents reason over context, call tools, and act in business processes
- Own features end to end, including agent behaviour, connected systems, and user-facing experiences
- Build integrations with business systems, data and state layers, APIs, and UI surfaces
- Define agent correctness, create evaluation and regression suites, and improve behaviour using production traces
- Balance quality, latency, and cost in engineering decisions
- Use AI coding tools to decompose work, provide context, and rigorously review generated output
- Partner with product and business stakeholders to turn loosely defined needs into shippable increments

- Full-stack engineering with a modern programming language
- LLM-based application development and agent frameworks
- APIs, authentication, relational databases, and containers
- CI/CD and cloud platforms
- AI coding tools
- Testing, code review, and observability
