What you'll do
- Build and deploy ML models for supply chain, logistics, and operations optimization
- Develop agentic AI tools that monitor, reason, and recommend actions autonomously
- Design multi-agent systems with RAG pipelines, vector databases, and tool-calling architectures
- Deliver production-grade AI systems, APIs, ML pipelines, and cloud deployments
- Accelerate prototyping and solution delivery with AI-assisted development tools
- Lead technical decisions and advise the team on AI engineering
- Track emerging ML, GenAI, LLM, MLOps, and agentic workflow trends
- Guide clients on AI adoption, feasibility, and implementation strategy
- Support business development through proposals, solution blueprints, and presentations
- Mentor engineers and lead knowledge-sharing initiatives
- Present findings and recommendations to senior client leadership
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- Python and SQL
- Machine Learning with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and scikit-learn
- Agentic AI, LangChain, LangGraph, AI Orchestration, and Large Language Models
- Prompt Engineering and Retrieval-Augmented Generation
- Cloud Platforms
- Data Visualization
- Computer Science / Electrical and Computer Engineering / Data Science / Mathematics / Any Fieldpreferred
