What you'll do
- Supervise the execution of the production program and plan corrective actions
- Follow Health & Safety regulations according to company policies and standards
- Follow Quality Control Department instructions to ensure product quality
- Coordinate and take responsibility for the production process to minimize operating costs
- Utilize Systems for Quality, Environment and Health & Safety for the Production Department
- Ensure good operation, upkeep and care of the Department
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Mechanical, Electrical or Production Engineering knowledge
- Production Supervision and Production Engineering and Management skills
- Health & Safety Regulations and Systems for Quality, Environment and Health & Safety
- Familiarity with PLC – SCADA Systems and Automation
- MS Office Applications and Autocad proficiency
- Communication Skills in Greek and English, Team Working Spirit, Problem Solving Skills, Leadership Skills
- Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Production Engineering and Management
