What you'll do
- Maintain and manage operations data within SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC)
- Monitor manufacturing processes and production performance through digital systems and reporting tools
- Support daily operation of manufacturing systems to ensure data accuracy, traceability, and process consistency
- Generate and analyze reports on production efficiency, machine utilization, downtime, scrap rates, and operational KPIs
- Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering teams to identify operational issues and improvement opportunities
- Investigate system discrepancies, data inconsistencies, and process deviations to ensure timely resolution
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and digital transformation projects within the factory
