What you'll do
- Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap for defense products
- Translate defense market needs into product requirements and timelines
- Coordinate feature prioritization and ensure timely delivery of milestones
- Conduct market research and analyze competitive defense landscapes
- Support customer interactions and act as product expert in meetings and exhibitions
- Serve as primary contact for all product-related communications
- Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, sales materials, and event presence
- Assess feedback and product performance to continuously improve offerings
- Evaluate ROI for product development initiatives and align strategies
- Conduct training sessions for internal teams and key external stakeholders
- Lead end-to-end product development and cross-functional coordination
- Define release plans and monitor progress with Technical Leader
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Product Management and Product Lifecycle Management skills
- Defense Sector Knowledge including military procurement and NATO standards
- Cross-functional Team Coordination and Customer Communication abilities
- Market Research and Intelligence with Strategic Planning and Analytical Skills
- Proficiency with Project Tracking Tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Strong Communication Skills, Problem Solving, and ROI Assessment capabilities
- Training Delivery and Sales Enablement Collaboration experience
- Business Administration / Engineering / Computer Sciencepreferred
