What you'll do
- Facilitate flow of customer information and supply requirements
- Inform customers regularly on order and shipment progress
- Provide timely, accurate internal communication and coordination for supply chain management
- Understand and escalate supply risks
- Identify how priorities and deliverables impact timelines and orders
- Update company files and systems with cost figures, forecasts, and orders ensuring accuracy
- Maintain awareness of current industry standards, trends, and practices
- Coordinate Contract Manufacturing Operation and launched projects
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Supply Chain and Pharmaceutical Industry Knowledge
- Advanced Excel Skills and Data Analysis
- Problem-solving and strategic thinking
- Planning, Organizing, Prioritizing, and Negotiating skills
- English Language Proficiency and Communication Skills
- Coordination and Supply Risk Management
- Travel Availability
- Business Administration / Supply Chain Management
