What you'll do
- Take ownership of issues in the Order-to-Cash process and coordinate timely solutions
- Manage customer complaints, requests, claims, returns, and refusals with accuracy and customer focus
- Monitor service performance and KPIs, prepare reports, and provide insights for decision-making

Key requirements
- 0+ years' experience
- Data analysis and problem solving skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and experience with Power BI, Power Query, Power Apps, or VBA
- Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP
- Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of Order-to-Cash process, logistics, and supply chain
- Fluency in Greek and English
- Business Administration / Supply Chain Management / Logistics / Economicspreferred

We are looking for a customer-focused and analytical Customer Solutions Analyst to join our Customer Service team in Athens. In this role, you will play a key part in the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process, ensuring the effective execution of customer orders, managing claims and requests, and driving continuous improvement through data analysis and cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with multiple internal and external stakeholders to identify solutions, improve service performance, and enhance the overall customer experience.
A day in the life...
You will help ensure the smooth daily execution of the Order-to-Cash process by:
Taking ownership of issues across the end-to-end process and coordinating timely solutions to ensure customer orders are executed accurately and on schedule.
Managing customer complaints, requests, claims, returns and refusals with speed, accuracy and a customer-first mindset.
Monitoring service performance and key KPIs, preparing reports and providing insights to support business decision-making.
Conducting root cause analysis and identifying opportunities to improve processes and service levels.
Supporting continuous improvement and innovation initiatives that simplify operations and strengthen the customer experience.
Collaborating closely with Logistics, Distribution & Supply Planning (DSP), Sales, Finance, IT and other internal teams to resolve operational issues.
Building effective relationships with customers, distributors and external logistics partners (3PLs) to ensure smooth service delivery.
Leveraging digital tools and analytics to improve operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
What Makes You Successful
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Economics or a related field.
Postgraduate studies in Supply Chain, Logistics or Business will be considered an advantage.
Previous working experience is not required. We welcome applications from recent graduates and early-career professionals with an interest in Supply Chain or Customer Service.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Experience with Power BI, Power Query, Power Apps or VBA will be considered a strong asset.
Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
Customer-centric mindset and strong stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage priorities and perform effectively in a dynamic environment.
Fluency in Greek and English.
