What you'll do
- Support establishment and implementation of ISMS policies, processes, documents, and guidance
- Develop, implement, and monitor a comprehensive information security program
- Collaborate closely with IT and compliance departments
- Participate in ISO 27001 audits and ensure company compliance
- Interact with external partners on security issues
- Conduct regular risk assessments with data owners
- Monitor network usage for security policy compliance
- Collaborate with management and IT to improve security measures

- Perform regular gap analyses to identify risk areas

The Information Security (IS) Officer is responsible for oversighting the company’s Information Security Management System (ISMS) implementation, collaborating with teams across the company’s departments to address risks within the organization and reporting the effectiveness of company’s security controls to the Compliance Manager.
Key responsibilities
Supports establishment and implementation of policies, processes, documents and guidance pertaining to Rontis ISMS
Supports the development, implementation and monitoring of a strategic, comprehensive information security program to ensure the integrity, confidentiality and availability of data
Interacts closely with IT and compliance departments
Participates in audits concerning ISO 27001 and ensure company’s compliance to related certification
Interacts with external partners on security issues
Conducts risk assessments regularly with data owners
Monitors network usage to ensure compliance with security policies. Ensure that data accessibility is in compliance with roles and positions
Collaborates with management and the IT department to improve security
Documents any security breaches and assess their damage
Performs regular gap analyses to identify risk areas
Assists in investigating possible recorded incidents and assist in taking appropriate action, where applicable
Promotes information security awareness and training initiatives to educate workforce about information security risks
Requirements &Skills
University Level Degree in Computer science, or a technology-related field
Specialization in IT tasks will be considered a plus
Excellent oral & written communication skills in both Greek & English language
Computer literacy
Good organizational and time management skills; Ability to prioritize
Ability to research, digest, analyze and present data clearly and concisely
Prior experience in similar position will be considered a plus
Adaptability, quick response, problem solving, communication skills
Responsible, pays attention to detail, demonstrates speed and accuracy
