What you'll do
- Prepare and review consolidated financial statements and accounting reports according to IFRS and Greek standards
- Coordinate and participate in monthly, interim, and year-end closing processes ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Review accounting reconciliations and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy
- Coordinate daily accounting activities and priorities to deliver key finance tasks on time and with quality
- Support tax compliance activities including VAT, corporate income tax, withholding taxes, and myDATA reconciliations
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors to support audits and statutory reporting
- Guide and support accounting team members on accounting and reporting matters
- Contribute to improving and standardizing accounting processes, controls, and reporting practices
- Participate in ERP optimization, automation initiatives, and integration of newly acquired companies
- Collaborate with Group Finance and internal stakeholders to support effective Finance function operations
Key requirements
- 4+ years' experience
- Knowledge of IFRS and Greek accounting standards
- Experience with financial closing processes and accounting reconciliations
- Tax compliance expertise, including VAT, corporate income tax, and withholding taxes
- Proficiency with ERP accounting systems and Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel
- Audit coordination experience and communication skills
- Supervision skills and process improvement orientation
- Accounting / Finance / Economics / Business Administration / Other Relevant Fieldspreferred

About the job
We are seeking an experienced Accounting & Tax Supervisor to join our Group Finance function.
Reporting directly to the Group CFO, you will support the effective management of accounting operations, financial reporting and compliance activities, while coordinating day-to-day priorities within the accounting team and contributing to the continuous improvement of finance processes.
Responsibilities
Prepare and review consolidated financial statements and accounting reports in accordance with IFRS and applicable Greek accounting requirements
Coordinate and actively participate in monthly, interim and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of financial information
Review accounting reconciliations and supporting documentation, ensuring completeness and accuracy
Coordinate day-to-day accounting activities and priorities, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of key finance tasks
Support tax compliance activities, including VAT, corporate income tax, withholding taxes, myDATA requirements and related reconciliations
Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors and other external partners, supporting audits and statutory reporting requirements
Provide guidance and support to accounting team members on accounting and reporting matters
Contribute to the improvement and standardisation of accounting processes, controls and reporting practices
Participate in ERP optimisation, automation initiatives and the integration of newly acquired companies
Work closely with the Group Finance team and other internal stakeholders to support the effective operation of the Finance function
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or another relevant field
4–8 years of professional experience in accounting, financial reporting, audit, preferably within a corporate, Group or multinational environment
Very good knowledge of IFRS, Greek accounting standards and statutory reporting requirements
Proven experience with financial closing processes, financial statements and accounting reconciliations
Previous experience in team coordination, supervision or acting as a senior point of reference within an accounting function
Good understanding of Greek tax requirements
Experience with ERP accounting systems and a strong interest in process improvement and automation
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications, particularly Excel
Experience in working with external auditors, advisors and cross-functional teams
Good written and verbal communication skills in English
