What you'll do
- Provide onsite and remote support to customers with critical response time needs
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher support levels
- Participate in implementation and support of IT infrastructure
- Perform maintenance and system upgrades
- Monitor system performance to ensure availability and reliability
- Monitor backup and redundancy strategies
- Prepare technical, problem, and status reports and assist with documentation
- Administer virtualization systems, Microsoft servers, applications, and networking services
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and anti-bribery policies
Key requirements
- 4+ years' experience
- IT engineering and technical hardware troubleshooting
- VMware virtualization and backup solutions including Veeam
- Microsoft servers and applications including Active Directory, Group Policy, LDAP, DNS, DHCP, SCCM, Exchange, SQL
- Office 365 and Microsoft Networking Services
- Ticketing systems and identity management, federation services, MFA
- NAS/SAN concepts and protocols such as SMB/CIFS, NFS, iSCSI
- Networking concepts including VLANs and subnetting
- Documentation and reporting, compliance with regulatory requirements
- Computer Science
