What you'll do
- Analyze requirements and design, implement, maintain, and support internal and customer IT infrastructure
- Collaborate on pre-sales activities, technical proposals, infrastructure sizing, effort estimates, costs, and RFP/RFI responses
- Design and implement infrastructure security and management solutions
- Design, implement, and maintain backup, redundancy, and disaster recovery strategies
- Design, install, and configure virtualization, storage, Microsoft servers, applications, networking, and backup services
- Design and implement performance and availability monitoring to maintain system reliability
- Analyze technical issues and provide third-level support
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve problems
- Maintain expert knowledge across IT engineering technologies
- Ensure activities comply with regulatory requirements and anti-bribery policies
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- Microsoft Azure, Azure networking, Microsoft 365, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
- Azure security, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender
- Virtualization, Microsoft server administration, Active Directory
- Backup and disaster recovery, infrastructure monitoring
- Third-level IT support
- English communication
- Computer Science / Any Field
