What you'll do
- Drive the Project Delivery lifecycle from business case formulation through production rollout
- Manage project execution with oversight of scope, standards, plans, tasks, resources, and conflicts
- Define project scope according to customer specifications
- Estimate effort and budget, and forecast and allocate resources
- Manage internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate project teams, remove impediments, and facilitate efficient execution
- Assess project risks and deliver mitigation plans
- Prepare progress reports using timely, accurate KPI data
- Track budget progress and provide financial forecasts
- Prepare monthly billing and follow up on invoice generation
- Deliver client presentations and demonstrations, including on-site sessions when required
- Obtain customer acceptance of project deliverables
- Evaluate completed projects and identify successful and unsuccessful elements
- Identify and develop new client opportunities
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- IT Project Management and Project Delivery Lifecycle Management
- Project Management Methodologies, Project Planning, and Microsoft Project
- Stakeholder Management and Risk Assessment and Mitigation
- Budget Estimation and Financial Forecasting; Resource Forecasting and Allocation
- KPI Reporting
- Google Workspace and Google Sheets Data Manipulation and Automation; Jira and Azure DevOps
- IT Requirements Analysis and Management
- Computer Science / Engineering / Business Administrationpreferred
