What you'll do
- Act as an on-site communicator and coordinator across multiple development teams
- Manage expectations of stakeholders ensuring alignment on project goals
- Oversee planning, commitment, and delivery of the current project scope with the team
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks to maintain steady project progress
- Engage in extensive communication with customer stakeholders to align on team-level requirements
- Identify and address inefficiencies in the software development lifecycle and clarify team roles
- Coordinate product teams to ensure smooth delivery of technical solutions
- Ensure coordination and alignment between delivery teams and migration teams
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- Project Management with fixed-price project execution experience
- Stakeholder Management including Director-level relationships
- Agile methodologies and Software Development Lifecycle knowledge
- Communication Skills with strong English and Greek language proficiency
- Team Coordination and Risk Management
