What you'll do
- Analyse the architecture and infrastructure of OT environments across diverse industries
- Co-lead assessments of ICS/OT systems identifying cybersecurity risks and proposing mitigation strategies
- Contribute to the design and implementation of cybersecurity controls and solutions for industrial systems
- Support the development and customization of ICS security frameworks based on ISA/IEC 62443 and NIST SP 800-82
- Participate in cybersecurity projects collaborating with client stakeholders and internal teams
- Maintain and improve asset inventories, network diagrams, and OT security documentation
- Collaborate with IT, OT, and engineering teams to integrate security into operational processes
- Conduct research on emerging threats, technologies, and best practices in industrial cybersecurity
- Mentor junior team members providing guidance and support
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, methodology refinement, and capability building
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Experience with ICS/OT systems such as SCADA, DCS, IIoT, and knowledge of industrial protocols including OPC, Modbus, Profinet/Profibus
- Knowledge of core OT cybersecurity concepts including network segmentation, secure remote access, and IT/OT convergence
- Familiarity with IT/OT network devices such as switches, routers, and firewalls in industrial environments
- Proficiency in cybersecurity controls implementation and ICS/OT security frameworks (ISA/IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82)
- Strong technical and non-technical documentation skills
- Experience with IoT technologies and architectures
- Communication skills and team collaboration experience
- Knowledge of professional certifications and vendor-specific OT security tools (Isa/IEC 62443, GICSP, Claroty, Nozomi)
- Familiarity with general cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST-CSF and ISO 27000 series
- Cybersecurity / Automation / Electronics / Computer Sciencepreferred
