What you'll do
- Design, implement, and manage security controls across Azure environments
- Configure and maintain Azure security tools such as Defender for Cloud, Sentinel, Azure Policy, and Key Vault
- Conduct security assessments, vulnerability scans, and threat modeling for cloud infrastructure and applications
- Monitor cloud environments for security incidents, investigate alerts, and lead response and remediation efforts
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to embed security into CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code
- Manage identity and access controls using Azure AD/Entra ID including RBAC and conditional access
- Ensure compliance with security frameworks and regulations like ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, and NIST
- Develop and maintain security documentation, runbooks, and incident response procedures
- Provide guidance and training to engineering teams on secure cloud architecture and best practices
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Azure Security Services including Defender for Cloud, Sentinel, Key Vault, Azure Policy
- Identity and Access Management with Azure AD/Entra ID, RBAC, and Conditional Access
- Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform, ARM templates, and Bicep
- Cloud Security Controls Design and Implementation and DevSecOps integration
- Security Frameworks Compliance including ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, and NIST
- Security Incident Monitoring and Response, Security Assessments and Vulnerability Scanning
- Analytical and Troubleshooting Skills and Communication Skills
- Computer Science / Information Security / Any Fieldpreferred
