What you'll do
- Design and deliver intelligent, data-driven solutions for banking, wealth management, and financial services clients
- Take solutions from concept through to production
- Act as a trusted technical advisor, shaping proposals, client conversations, and solution design
- Collaborate with teams across the firm and maintain strong delivery momentum within engagements
- Stay current on emerging technologies and integrate practical ideas into client work
- Support business development through pitches, demos, and technical solution design
- Mentor colleagues to grow technical fluency within the practice
- Present findings, recommendations, and demos to senior client stakeholders
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Programming skills with Python and working across full solution stack
- Building and deploying data-intensive solutions in production environments
- Cloud platform deployment experience
- Automation and analytics tooling including large language models, generative technologies, and intelligent automation frameworks
- Technical advisory and client-facing communication skills
- Proactive working style with collaboration and mentoring capabilities
- Computer Science / Engineering / Data Science / Mathematics
