What you'll do
- Contribute to fast-paced, client-facing finance transformation projects
- Advise clients on using digital technologies to reshape CFO agendas and optimize finance operations
- Drive improvements in budgeting, reporting, and performance monitoring processes
- Collaborate with senior consultants from strategy to execution
- Participate in client meetings, present solutions, and build stakeholder relationships
- Support and supervise preparation of proposals, reports, and presentations
- Promote knowledge sharing and effective communication in teams
- Identify innovation opportunities and encourage adoption of best practices
- Supervise and mentor junior consultants with coaching and feedback
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Accounting workflows including month-end closing, management reporting, and financial consolidation
- Accounting and reporting standards knowledge such as Greek GAAP and IFRS
- Experience with digital finance environments using ERP systems like SAP and SoftOne and EPM tools like Oracle and Anaplan
- Involvement in finance transformation initiatives including process documentation and requirements gathering
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Leadership and team management with client-facing communication skills
- Finance / Accounting / Economics / Businesspreferred

In this dynamic environment, we are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Professional to join the Finance Consulting team.
Contribute to fast-paced, client-facing projects that transform finance functions
Advise clients on leveraging digital technologies to reshape the CFO agenda, and optimize finance operations by embedding AI elements
Drive improvements in core finance processes, including budgeting, reporting and performance monitoring
Collaborate with experienced and senior consultants to solve real business challenges — from strategy to execution
Participate in client meetings and discussions, presenting solutions and building trusted relationships with stakeholders
Support and supervise the preparation of proposals, reports, presentations and project deliverables
Foster a collaborative team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and effective communication across project teams
Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement, encouraging the adoption of best practices and new methodologies
Supervise and mentor junior consultants, providing coaching, feedback and development opportunities to build team capability
What you bring matters
3–6 years of professional experience in accounting and finance, with a strong grasp of end-to-end accounting workflows including month-end closing, management reporting and consolidation
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
Professional accounting or finance qualifications (such as ACCA, ACA, CIMA), whether completed or currently in progress, will be considered an asset
Solid understanding of accounting and reporting standards (e.g., Greek GAAP, IFRS), with robust knowledge of financial consolidation processes
Demonstrated proficiency in digital finance environment utilising modern ERP systems (e.g., SAP, SoftOne etc.) and EPM tools (e.g., Oracle, Anaplan etc.) including AI-enabled automation functionalities
Proven involvement in finance transformation initiatives across key processes (e.g., R2R, Consolidation, FP&A), including involvement in requirements gathering, process documentation and reporting hierarchies and dimensions design
Previous experience in a consulting environment will be considered an asset
Ability to manage multiple engagements and priorities effectively
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, supporting data analysis, reporting, and the development of high-quality presentations
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop junior team members
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English, with the ability to clearly articulate complex information
Proactive and positive mindset, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality work, building relationships, collaborating in diverse teams, and continuous learning
