What you'll do
- Assist the team with research, information gathering, and analysis to support client engagements
- Collaborate effectively within the team to deliver client engagements on time
- Assess the quality and reliability of information supplied using commercial awareness and project knowledge
- Participate in conversations with team members, clients, and stakeholders to build trust and effective communication
- Engage with experienced team members to develop skills and understanding of best practices
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client contacts
- Contribute to an environment where people and technology thrive together
Key requirements
- 1+ years' experience
- Internal audit, risk management, internal controls, external audit, and business process optimization knowledge
- Professional certifications such as CIA, ACCA, CISA or strong motivation to pursue them
- MS Office proficiency and experience with data analysis tools like Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, ACL, QlikView
- Strong communication skills in English and Greek, both verbal and written
- Internal Audit methodologies, risk assessment, and internal control frameworks knowledge (e.g. COSO)
- Business process documentation and understanding of financial statements and key business cycles
- Testing internal controls and preparing working papers experience
- Analytical skills, professionalism, integrity, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Business Administration / Management / Finance / Accounting / Economicspreferred
