What you'll do
- Support engagements that enhance governance, strengthen control environments, and address risk challenges.
- Build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Advance expertise across internal audit, controls, risk management, compliance, governance, and process transformation.
- Use GRC platforms, data analytics, and AI tools to improve control environments and efficiency.
- Apply data-driven analysis to identify trends and improve audit effectiveness.
- Coach and support junior team members.
- Manage priorities, meet deadlines, and take ownership of deliverables.
- Communicate client challenges and solutions clearly and confidently.
- Contribute to business development and client engagement.
- Pursue continuous learning and upskilling.
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Internal Audit, Internal Controls & Risk Management: Internal Audit, Internal Controls, Risk Management, Compliance
- Audit Delivery: Control Testing, Audit Execution, Audit Reporting, Remediation Planning
- Frameworks & Principles: Internal Audit Standards (IIA), COSO Framework, Accounting Principles
- Technology-Enabled Risk: GRC Platforms, Data Analytics
- Communication & Productivity: English Communication, Microsoft Office
- Accounting and Finance / Business Administration / Computer Science / Engineering / Any Field / Risk Management / Internal Auditing / Other Related Fields
