What you'll do
- Design and evolve Enterprise Risk Management frameworks, risk taxonomies, risk appetite statements, KRI/KPI libraries, and risk registers
- Interpret regulation into practical frameworks, controls, and remediation roadmaps
- Support risk activities including methodology design, data preparation, analysis, and results documentation
- Review and enhance policies and procedures by identifying observations, root causes, and recommendations
- Take ownership of workstreams by planning timelines, tracking progress, and coordinating delivery risks and solutions
- Prepare high-quality client deliverables ensuring accuracy, clarity, and commercial impact
- Contribute to business development through research, proposal support, thought leadership, and internal solution playbooks
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Risk management, internal audit, and risk advisory skills
- Enterprise Risk Management frameworks and risk taxonomies knowledge
- Risk appetite statements, KRI/KPI libraries, and enterprise risk registers expertise
- RCSA methodologies and regulation interpretation abilities
- Controls design, remediation roadmaps, and policy and procedure review experience
- Data preparation and analysis combined with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Client deliverables preparation and communication skills
- Finance / Economics / Engineering / Business / Mathematics / Quantitative disciplinepreferred
