What you'll do
- Work with clients to translate regulatory requirements and business needs into strategies, policies, methodologies and processes
- Design risk management frameworks covering financial and non-financial risks
- Integrate ESG factors into business origination and risk management, including climate risk quantification and stress testing
- Analyze banking regulatory requirements and supervisory expectations across capital, liquidity, governance, risk appetite and stress testing
- Design processes, systems, reporting frameworks and transformative solutions
- Support the development and validation of mathematical and statistical models for valuation, risk and analytics
- Develop, validate and review credit risk models using advanced methodologies and technologies
- Apply responsible Artificial Intelligence principles to AI models and business use cases
- Develop innovative risk management solutions aligned with banking trends
- Engage stakeholders through presentations and discussions to build collaboration and consensus

- Regulatory requirements in banking and banking and investment products
- Programming: R, Python, SAS, SPSS and SQL; financial analysis and accounting; business analysis
