What you'll do
- Work closely with financial services clients on complex operational and strategic challenges
- Conduct analysis to determine the best path for solving business problems including process redesign and operating model transformation
- Support clients in defining target operating models balancing efficiency, resilience, and growth
- Advise on digital transformation initiatives including digital channel strategy and customer experience redesign
- Lead workstreams and manage junior team members towards timely, high-quality delivery
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders
- Contribute to business development from opportunity identification to proposal writing and pitching
- Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to bring the best solutions to every engagement
Key requirements
- 6+ years' experience
- Strategy Consulting and Management Consulting skills
- Financial Services Domain Knowledge including Core Banking Strategy, Transformation, and Target Operating Model Design
- Payments Strategy and Digital Transformation expertise
- Wealth and Asset Management knowledge
- Strong Analytical Skills and Structured Thinking
- Team Management, Business Development, Communication Skills, and Client Relationship Management
- Business / Economics / Finance / Engineering / Business Administrationpreferred
