What you'll do
- Undertake end-to-end business model transformation initiatives in financial services
- Analyze client business models to identify gaps and recommend growth strategies
- Develop and implement operational frameworks to improve processes and reduce costs
- Drive project management including action plans, risk management, and progress presentations
- Collaborate with senior client stakeholders to define business objectives and KPIs
- Guide junior team members to ensure timely and quality deliverables
- Prepare and present client proposals, business cases, and reports to executives
- Perform and lead workshops with clients to drive discussions and execution
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Financial services industry knowledge and business analysis mindset
- Project management and operational excellence skills
- Analytical skills to address complex problems and deliver insights
- Communication and presentation skills for clear idea conveyance
- Teamwork and stakeholder collaboration abilities
- Continuous learning and understanding of modern FS business models
- Business Administration / Finance / Economicspreferred
