What you'll do
- Translate business ideas into clear product requirements and user journeys
- Use design thinking to explore problems, test ideas, and shape solutions
- Create prototypes that enable discussion, validation, and decision making
- Rapidly visualize concepts, flows, and system ideas during live sessions
- Translate workshop outputs into mid fidelity design artifacts
- Adjust designs in real time based on participant feedback
- Collaborate closely with facilitators and technologists to move ideas from conversation to concrete form
- Work closely with product owners, developers, business teams, and stakeholders
- Support usability checks and lightweight validation exercises
- Document design rationale and key assumptions behind concepts
- Package outputs for reuse by client or internal teams
- Use AI tools to improve work efficiency, speed up exploration, and support design tasks
- Simplify complex processes into useful, easy-to-use digital experiences
- Help shape products that have real impact for clients, teams, and users
Key requirements
- 4+ years' experience
- Product design, UI/UX design, and service design
- Design thinking and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe CC
- Journey mapping, service blueprints, and concept prototyping
- Ability to create low to mid fidelity design artifacts and adjust designs live
- Verbal communication in English and Greek, and written communication
- Visual thinking and facilitation of live design sessions
- Collaboration with product owners and developers
- Experience with AI tools for design
- Design / Human-Computer Interaction / Psychology / Engineeringpreferred

In this dynamic environment, we are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Digital Product Designer to join our Product Implementation team.

Create prototypes that enable discussion, validation, and decision making
Rapidly visualize concepts, flows, and system ideas during live sessions
Translate workshop outputs into mid fidelity design artifacts
Adjust designs in real time based on participant feedback
Collaborate closely with facilitators and technologists to move ideas from conversation to concrete form

What you bring matters
You are comfortable designing live in front of others, simplifying complex ideas, and rapidly translating discussion into clear, low fidelity design artifacts.
You bring:
University degree in Design, Human Computer Interaction, Psychology, Engineering, or a related field. A postgraduate degree is a plus
4 to 8+ years of experience in product design, UI/UX design, service design, or related roles
Hands on experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe CC, or similar
Familiarity with journey mapping, flows, service blueprints, and concept prototyping
Ability to adapt designs in real time based on group feedback and session dynamics
Confidence working live in front of stakeholders and multidisciplinary team
Experience translating abstract discussions into low to mid fidelity artifacts and prototypes
A strong bias toward clarity, usefulness, and speed over visual polish
Clear verbal communication skills (English and Greek), especially when explaining design decisions to non-designers
Strong visual thinking skills and the ability to simplify complex systems and ideas
Strong written communication skills to document rationale, assumptions, and outcomes
A pragmatic mindset focused on learning, progress, and enabling better decisions
Nice to have
Experience with AI tools to support research, ideation, design, or productivity
Experience with design systems
Previous work on complex digital products or enterprise solutions
