corporate reporting services manager

What you'll do
- Act as a trusted technical advisor on complex financial reporting matters under IFRS and Greek GAAP
- Contribute to firm-wide positions and participate in IFRS interpretation discussions
- Take ownership of internal practice development and design guidance and communications
- Lead and deliver training translating technical complexity into clear insights
- Collaborate with other service lines supporting multi-disciplinary client engagements
- Perform pre-issuance and thematic reviews providing challenge and insight to teams
Key requirements
- 6+ years' experience
- Strong technical competence in IFRS and Greek GAAP
- Professional qualification such as ACCA, ACA, or IESOEL
- Skills in accounting and finance, financial reporting, and audit
- Ability to exercise professional judgement and provide technical advisory
- Leadership skills including training delivery and practice development
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder influence abilities
- Commercial acumen linking accounting outcomes to business context
- Accounting & Finance / Business Administrationpreferred
