What you'll do
- Register and calculate all financial transactions and fixed assets postings to General Ledger and SAP
- Issue or collect invoices according to business requirements and assess compliance with processes and contracts
- Ensure accurate tax assessment and treatment of financial transactions in compliance with legislation
- Prepare and upload forecast files related to payment projections
- Maintain updated asset register and calculate asset depreciation
- Allocate costs timely and accurately to appropriate departments for cost control
- Manage myDATA compliance, ensuring accurate data transmission and reconcile records
- Reconcile various accounts including SAP records, financial transactions, and balances
- Participate in annual closing of accounting books and preparation of yearly balance sheet
- Support accounting reporting, transaction archiving, and ad-hoc assignments
- Manage archiving of financial transactions to ensure data accuracy and security
Key requirements
- 4+ years' experience
- Knowledge of Accounting Principles and Bookkeeping
- Experience with SAP software
- Skills in Financial Reporting and Account Reconciliation
- Expertise in Tax Assessment and Compliance including VAT and withholding tax
- Proficiency in Invoice Management and Asset Management
- Strong Numerical Skills, Organizational Skills, and Team Collaboration
- Accounting / Business Administration / Finance
