What you'll do
- Automate and optimize HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle for scalability and efficiency
- Evaluate and redesign HR processes before automation to maximize impact
- Design and implement workflows using Power Automate, Power Apps, HR systems, and Microsoft 365
- Identify and implement pragmatic AI use cases like Copilot, AI Builder, and prompt-based automation to deliver measurable value
- Elevate HR analytics and reporting solutions including dashboards, KPIs, and data models to support data-driven decisions
- Act as a translator between business and technology by gathering requirements and converting them into scalable digital solutions
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Power Platform and Microsoft 365 expertise
- Experience with Automation and AI Tools in solution design
- Strong Data Handling, Reporting, and Analytical Skills
- Knowledge of HR Processes and ability to translate business needs into solutions
- Excellent Communication, Stakeholder Management, and Problem Solving abilities
- Computer Science / Business / Engineering / related fieldpreferred
